State Orders Roberto Mendez Removed From Seasonal Security Guard position, Michael Morris To Be Reinstated.

     The State Civil Service Commission has ruled that former Chief Park Ranger Michael Morris be reinstated and receive back pay retroactive to September 17th, 2011, furthermore it was ordered that Roberto Mendez - who was involved in the Park Ranger pay-stub debacle reviewed by the Attorney General's office and who also earned a tremendous amount of overtime for a seasonal employee - be removed from the position of Seasonal Security Guard.

      Mendez (half brother to so-called City Activist Juan Martinez) has been a long-time Mack supporter and it was widely speculated that Michael Morris was fired to make room for Mack-crony Roberto Mendez for the security position, Morris meanwhile was transferred to the Trenton Animal Shelter and filed a lawsuit against the City.

      When contacted for comment Monday evening Morris stated "it's bitter-sweet, it should not have happened in the first place."
